Order Branded Stationery

West Virginia University employees can order personalized and departmental stationery through the Mountaineer Marketplace using our vendor, Staples.

How to Place an Order

  1. Log in to the WVU Portal and select the “employee” dashboard.

  2. Select the Mountaineer Marketplace link from the “administrative” field.

  3. Then choose: “Order Goods and Services” > “Office/IT Supplies” > “Staples (vendor)”. The vendor page will appear and require your delivery zip code.

  4. Selecting the “Print & Marketing” navigation tab will bring up the available WVU stationery templates.

    Each item has fields for entering custom information and drop-downs for departmental marks. Items may be ordered in various quantities as needed and billed directly through Marketplace using established funding streams.

  5. In addition, Staples may be used as a vendor for most WVU print materials.

    Using the “Shop by Category” section, select the format for desired goods and follow on-screen upload instructions for printable art.

    You will have options for paper stock/finish and quantities.
